Little Ninjas

Listen, Focus and Show Respect.

The Little Ninjas programme is suitable for children between the ages 4-6 and gives them the opportunity to practice the Martial Arts in a safe and progressive environment.

Little Ninja's promotes children’s personal, social and emotional well-being, by developing a positive attitude and disposition towards their learning. Focus, discipline, respect and control are at the heart of the program whilst developing the physical skills of balance and co-ordination enhancing children's fine and gross motor skills.

The Little Ninjas program will give your child a head start in life and put a smile on their face too!

Our Little Ninjas classes run 4 times per week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Juniors

Develop Confidence, Self Esteem and Black Belt Attitude.

Developing confidence through the Martial Arts, our students are taught success through goal setting and being their best. Our program empowers our students by developing a Black Belt Belt attitude of perseverance and indomitable spirit, giving them the skills not to quit when faced with a challenge but to overcome obstacles to achieve their goals.
The attributes of respect, discipline and focus form the core values of our classes.

Our Junior Classes run 5 times per week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Teens & Adults

Achieve goal oriented fitness in a positive environment helping you feel safe, confident and your best self.

There is no better way to gain fitness and keep it! Not only will you benefit from increased fitness, body tone, strength and flexibility but you will also gain the many other benefits Martial Arts training at our school can offer you; Self-defence, Awareness, Confidence, Respect and much more!
